We are seeking passionate and skilled Bartenders to join our team at Gideon Owen. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests through your exceptional mixology skills and outstanding customer service. Barbacks
We are seeking passionate barbacks who have a deep love for hospitality, food, and beverage. Our aim is to form a closely-knit team that values sustainability, local food production, and the art of hospitality.

Servers
​​We are seeking passionate servers who you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences in a historic and vibrant winery setting. This position involves providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests, while reflecting the hospitality and charm that defines the Gideon Owen legacy.

Hosts
We are seeking a welcoming host where you are the first and last impression of our guests’ dining experience. With a friendly and polished demeanor, you’ll warmly welcome guests into our historic winery, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth and elevated guest flow from arrival to farewell.

Busser/Food Runner
In this hybrid role, you’ll assist with table resets, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and deliver food from the kitchen to guests with care and efficiency. You’ll work closely with servers, chefs, and the host team to keep our service flowing seamlessly.
